I purchased a GT6 Pro about a year ago. After using it for almost a year, I suddenly encountered a problem with no sound. After discussing it via email with the support team and attaching some data and videos, they confirmed a hardware problem with the sound system. Without further ado, the support team immediately offered to return the item for inspection and send me a new, sealed product. To date, the new product has been trouble-free and is still in good working order.

At first, I received a defective product. The customer support team really went out of their way to help me. In the end, we figured out together that the product was indeed faulty, and they sent me a new one. So, the customer support is TOP-notch!

This product is definitely the go to for getting rid of the cord. I was connected in seconds and the sound quality and connection is amazing

This worked out really well for an older vehicle we have that does not have carplay built in. It connected easily and right away. The settings on the phone were easy to use. Does not drop communication randomly. Small and compact, easy to store in center console when not in use. The design is nice and compact. There is no lag during music streaming which is a huge plus when traveling a distance in this vehicle.

This is my latest jewel to my electronics collection thanx to the support team quick response to my question. Love this GT6 unit!!!
