If you're experiencing an issue with your GT6 Pro device, capturing logs is an essential step in helping our engineering team diagnose and resolve the problem. Follow the steps below to collect the necessary logs and send them to us for review.
How to Capture the Logs:
Step 1: Reproduce the Issue
Use your GT6 Pro device in your car as usual until the issue occurs again. This ensures the relevant data is recorded.
Step 2: Insert a TF Card
Once the issue has occurred, insert a TF (microSD) card into the device. Wait for approximately 20 seconds, then remove the TF card.
Step 3: Locate the Log File
After removing the TF card, you’ll find a file named “Androidlog2.zip” stored on it. This file contains the system logs that our engineers need.
Step 4: Send the Logs
Please email the “Androidlog2.zip” file to us so our engineering team can analyze the issue.
