If you're experiencing an issue with your GT7 device, capturing logs is a critical step to help our engineering team diagnose and resolve the problem. Please follow the instructions below to collect the necessary logs and send them to us for review.
Steps to Capture Logs:

Download the Log Capture APK
First, download the log capture APK file to a TF card (we recommend formatting the TF card before use).

Insert the TF Card into the GT7
Insert the TF card with the APK file into your GT7 device and install the APK. -
Open the Logging App
Launch the FibocomLogTool application on your device. -
Start Log Capture
Tap “Capture AP LOG” and “Capture MODEM LOG” to begin recording the logs. -
Reproduce the Issue
Use your device until the issue occurs again, so the logs capture the relevant data. -
Wait for About 5 Minutes
After reproducing the issue, allow the logging process to continue for around 5 minutes. -
Stop Log Capture
Return to the FibocomLogTool app and stop both AP LOG and MODEM LOG. -
Remove the TF Card and Locate the Logs
Remove the TF card from the device. Locate the log folder named “fiboLog” based on the file path shown in the app.Please send the fiboLog folder to us. If the file size is too large, you may upload it to a cloud storage service like Google Drive and share the download link with us.
