Orders can still be placed during the holiday, but there are two shipping options available:
- Free Shipping: For orders with free shipping, we will process them via CNE Express during the holiday (delivery time: 7-15 days). Some countries may not be covered by CNE Express; for these orders, we will ship via tax-inclusive express services (FedEx/UPS/DHL) once our logistics company resumes operations on February 5th. A notification email will be sent to affected customers.
- Express Shipping: Orders using express channels (FedEx/UPS/DHL) will be processed and shipped starting from February 5th (delivery time: 4-10 days).
- If you're looking to get Linkifun products quickly, we suggest placing your order as soon as possible so we can prioritize and process it without delay.
2. After-Sales Support:
- Due to the holiday, our engineers will be on break. We will reply to any after-sales inquiries received between January 24th and February 4th after we return to work on February 5th. To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include your order number, product model, car model and year, phone model, and a video of the issue in your email.
3. Pre-Sales Support:
- For simple product selection or car compatibility inquiries, we will have a limited number of staff available to assist you. Response time may take up to 24 hours.
4. Logistics and Tracking Inquiries:
- If you are inquiring about the status of your order or tracking, we are still available to assist you during the holiday period. However, due to the holiday season, please note that response times may be delayed by 24-48 hours for all logistics inquiries, including CNE Express, FedEx, UPS, and DHL.
We kindly ask for your patience during this time. We understand that any delay can be frustrating, but rest assured that we will prioritize all inquiries once we return from the holiday, and we aim to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
